The fact is that in the first auction the seller was not announcing to give a URL for money. You could easily expect a piece of software for money - this is the first issue. Re: Fraud about Celestia on EBAY
Yes, but if you can ask for a fee for a COPY of the software (just like the LINUX standard, for example) of for giving a WARRANTY to the buyer.
None of these were the situation i found.
Of course it's not a legal problem. It's a ETHIC problem, IMHO.

Re: Fraud about Celestia on EBAY
Just an update.. The seller closed the auction, and started another one wiht the same informations and the clause "WARNING: I DON'T SELL THE PROGRAM BUT ONLY THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE DOWNLOAD". It seems more correct then previous one ....but, for me, it's not ethic at all. http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBa...

Fraud about Celestia on EBAY
I want to indicate you that on eBay there's a user trying to sell the "information" about your program - a.k.a. the url where CELESTIA can be downloaded!!! Look here: http://cgi.ebay.it/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7604636062 I wrote him talking about CELESTIA and his froud. That's all. Rino
