Added patch v.17.1.

ChangeLog:

• interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS has been added;
• the trajectories of two other interstellar objects, 1I/Oumuamua and 2I/Borisov, have been updated.

It seems that antispam slows down the site too much for some users.
Art Blos has problems with authorization and creation of attachments.
It looks like the scripts are not fully loaded. VPN has no effect, the provider is Rostelecom.

Both gave the same image I see the same pictures, too, but the planes of the orbits are rotated 90 degrees to the ecliptic, and the objects are displaced from their orbits (the red mark). Tested on text and binary variants, with xyzv and without ones for Neptune. Linux, d036fd5. Text without Neptun...

Linux Mint 20.3. 1) Data loading is not working correctly using the --dir and --conf commands (used simultaneously). Apparently, .cfg file is connected (since there is a reaction to the LuaHook line, see below), but the data is not. 2) LuaHook does not work when loading using the mentioned commands....

Try this. The ODS file is for Libre/Open Office, the XLS file was converted from the first (there may be some bugs).
This file is based on the code from translate_orbit.py. Just copy lines of TLE and paste it into the appropriate cells.
