Other exotic space objects

Hello evreryone  Recently, the Universe seems to be challenging a person by showing something that we could not have imagined before. Now science admits the existence of bluenets (planets that formed around a black hole) of quark planets that can be less than a meter but hotter than many stars...

Re: Pictures from Celestia

My candidate for a potentially habitable pulsar exoplanet - PSR B0329+54 b
The object has temperatures relatively suitable for habitation and possibly an ocean world

Soon I will write a scientific paper on this exoplanet

Great job !
We have long dreamed of tails for exoplanets, but thanks to you it is implemented in Celestia

I also distribute my screenshots And then constantly publish everything in a discord  My brown dwarf(brown dwarfs are known to have a short rotation period) Jo8aPRkHVpo.jpg 3p0E27KbfCA.jpg 1.png and a star of a dwarf galaxy (it was long ago when I created it, maybe DDO 50) and exotic ( quark &...

Re: Vision's Addons

After a long lull, I post the addon again  Today I suggest you take a virtual space journey to the very old Terzan 1 globular cluster  This place is very interesting, although I expected much more This addon appeared purely by accident I will be the admin of the astro group in one of ...

Re: Vision's Addons

Of course you can Lafuente_Astronomy
I don't mind

But there's still a long way to go to the next release.
There's plenty of stars in the Arch cluster for me to "conquer" them alone so quickly.
It takes time.

Re: Celestia 1.7.0 Development Thread

today i applied small but important change which affects sprite models rendering please test sprite models using files from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/375gnu/celestia/builds/31271178/artifacts or build them from fix/glsl-particles-drawing branch Hello onetwothree  I decided to test this...

Re: Pictures from Celestia

On the verge of a possible  2.png Here is the Wolf Rye star system WR 111 (FNG 3). The star is located in a congregation of magnetars SGR 1860-20 . Star 100% double But perhaps there are other companions in this system  . I've decided to do some scientific work and found out that the s...

Re: Pictures from Celestia

Lafuente_Astronomy , well done  But then there's gonna be something to come up with a disc rendering... You can see they're "hard". We'll have to think about how to fix it later  . Comparison of the Sun , TON 618 and SDSS J140821.67+025733.2 (short for SDSS J14 SDSS J1408) T...

Re: Pictures from Celestia

candidate for protoplanetary disks [YWS2016] RS5 The young star probably belongs to a cluster of Sagitarius A* and has a distance of 27071.5 ly. I'm impressed with this disc. It's 850 AU's long :eh: . How did it not fall apart from such proximity with another hotter but older S84 star? God only know...

Re: Vision's Addons

That's really an achievement that you deserve! But then i think such activity dwarfs all the other active you did on all the other black holes, since you clearly had added more black holes in your addons everyday I think. I’ve only been black holes lately Although I plan to return to exoplanetology...

Lafuente_Astronomy black holes TON 618 and Holmberg 15A are successfully added  Also added black holes of the following galaxies: IC 1101 SDSS J1148+5251 NGC 6166 APM 08279+5255 and many others (30 black holes added today) . I will soon add the black hole of galaxy NGC 2832 to the mas...

Re: Vision's Addons

Wow! Beautiful and majestic  . Anthony_B_Russo10, thank you for this addition to my addon! Really... It's unfortunately unrealistic. I think Sagittarius would have shot at our Earth or any other inhabited planet in no time. The accretion disc at black holes rotates at crazy speed. The ...

Lafuente_Astronomy hello

I work hard on addons
Soon to be added (possible) wide double black hole system PSO J334.2028+01.4075  .

I'm also trying to scientifically present what hypothetical quark S stars and "planets" look like. Successful. I'll show you soon, too.

Re: Vision's Addons

I think the updated Milky Way Center will still be available for download in 2020.

I doubt I'll make it to Christmas and New Year's.
There's a lot of work to do.

Added after 2 minutes 2 seconds:
Lafuente_Astronomy wrote:Also, will you add even more stars and gas/dust clouds into the update version of The Milky Way Center addon?

Re: Vision's Addons

Black hole GCIRS 13E already exists She just has a different name in SIMBAD known as GCIRS 13NE . About the orbit in the interstellar cloud CXOGCS J174501.0-292359, I'm not sure about its nature yet. There are suspicions that it's not a black hole. New research is required to add it as a black hole....
