ok Selden i see what you mean. infact using how i did has no much sense because Saturn is bigger then his moons then it covers them. i just was using the control in wrong context (way). another question please? the keys PgUp and PgDown seems to reset to the previous... last position? or something li...

Hi, after I have translated the .po file in italian with poEdit then compiled with gettext in it.gmo I have to put it in a directory ..\locale\it\LC_MESSAGES\ by renaming in celestia.mo, right ? but where is this directory ..\locale\it... ? to run celestia in an other language, have to run celestia-...

i got now a problem executing msgfmt on my it.po
it.po:1:2: parse error
and if i execute msgfmt with fr.po no problem, but if i open fr.po in notepad and save it i got the same error (parse error)
is notepad the wrong editor ?

Hi symaski62, thank you for your answer. You mean I have to upload and some one make for me ? or you mean I have to put to the same named directory on my computer and then compile ? The second is what I have done. But I think I have to rename the file as the one that Celestia use during compilation,...

Hi, once the file .po is translated, and all what is needed to compile Celestia in Windows XP installed as indicated in the two sticks of this forum, where or how have to put the file .po translated to have Celestia in this new language? , seems to remain always in english ! Thanks Ciao Alessandro

Terrier concerning the welding masks here in Luxembourg everyone had one, a very big propaganda was made starting two weeks before the event and you could find in every optical, newspaper vendor, but everyone has it in the pocket :? Hi all,
nobody of the forum was so lucky to assist to the solar eclipse on the 8th of April?
I have been able to see it in Celestia.
Now have to wait until October in Europe... but in October we have too much clouds in North Europe and... no [I] key to avoid them! Sigh!

Massimo, depending on which one you choose, for example clouds-121303-8kDDS you have to procede same way, Unzip the Don Edward file in Celestia/textures/hires find the file earth-clouds and rename earth-cloudsold find the file clouds-121303-8kDDS and rename earth-clouds then run celestia and go to e...

I've installed 2 copies of Celestia on my disks C: and D: now when I run a Celestia URL the copy on disk D: is called but I want to use that on my disk C:, is that some problem with register in regedit ?
