Re: Orientation doesn't work within timeline
Yes, I know about it, thank you. However, I still don't know how to change orientation into new reference system. I would like to re-write old add-on into new code and I'm concerned that I can't do it exactly. Anyone has an idea how to do it? Besides, it looks like rotation of Venus Express isn't pr...

Orientation doesn't work within timeline
Hello, I just figured out that "Orientation" function in SSC doesn't work while inside "Timeline" function. Here's the code: "Venus Express 1" "Sol/Venus" { Class "spacecraft" Mesh "Venus Express.cmod" Radius 0.004 Timeline [ { EllipticalOr...

Re: Celestia 1.5.1, RC1
So, does it mean I can use cyrillic and hiragana in ssc files, and name, for example, soviet spaceships in cyrillic? It never worked before... By the way, how to use all those translated versions of Celestia, which are in "locale" folder? I can't find any option of changing the language in...

Re: Dawn mission addon
Thank you very much! However, there is some bug in "modify" function of asteroids in your .ssc file. After initiating Celestia, Vesta and Ceres seem to be old ones...

Re: NEW Voyager model...
I believe both Voyagers' antennas should be directed to Earth... :? Only Voyager 2's main antenna points on Earth all the time. There is no code for Voyager 1 to do it in your .ssc. You've done it on purpose? There is information on the Voyager website, informing that both antennas are directed to E...

Re: Strange new stellar system discovered
Of course it's not for real, but announcement about creating a fictional star system add-on, told in a very nice, "fantasy" way.

Re: Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter add-on
Very nice work, I really love spacecrafts' trajectories
I hope you'll write some more of them (Hayabusa for example)

Re: Solar Eclipse in Hamburg, 9:06 UT
Unfortunate, it was very cloudy in Warsaw today... too bad, because last time it was 1999 when I saw an eclipse. I had a vacations in the beautiful Polish Tatra mountains. It was cloudy then too, but I was on a peak above those clouds

Positions of geostationary satellites are wrong.
Did you notice that all geostationary satellites from Thomas Gullipain's add-on are in wrong places over the Earth? I believe such satellites as Astra or Eutelsat (well-known European TV satellites) should be over the Europe, chinese-named ones - over China and Brasilsat over Brasil... Im affraid ev...

1.3.2, cyrilic alphabet and binary stars :)
I have 3 different things to say, but I'll write it in one post. 1) I downloaded and installed the Celestia 1.3.2 version, but I can't turn on spacecrafts' orbits - when I turn them on, Celestia crashes. Do you have similar problem? (I've got AthlonXP, 256DDR RAM and GeForce2MX400). It's not very im...

It doesn't work :(
Jestr, I just downloaded your JPG texture... and it doesn't work, I don't know why... I put jestrmarble JPG.ctx to hires directory, unpacked both ZIP fiels and copied all levels to jestrmarble directory. I made neccesary modification in solarsys.ssc... and all I can see is blue :( I've got Athlon 18...

OK, that's what I wanted, I'm downloading it now, thanks a lot :). Question to Jestr - there's something strange about your 64k JPG version, the zip with 0-5 levels is about 120MB and 6-10 levels - about 60MB!? How is it possible? Higher level is always bigger... I'm able to download your 64k versio...

Help! I'm looking for 32k VT texture for Earth...
...but I can't find it! Could somebody tell me where could I download it? I've got 16k version but it's not enough for me
. Thanks in advance. By the way, is the 16k Moon texture the most detailed available?
