Re: Convert UTC time into Local Time
That I finally figured out by looking through ( with a fine toothed comb ) the Motherlode. Also found a Broken Link. Still looking for proper place to post. I guess it is attached by using Add files button? Or is it below this? BrokenLink.png Just used to different style forum boards. Yours is simil...

Convert UTC time into Local Time
I spent hours searching for anything close to my question, but nada. I used the Search feature, then ended up scrolling through the long lists of questions... Is there a way to make Celestia display time to the local time in a fictional stellar system for the Focus Planet? For my fictional world, se...

Re: How to code a "true binary planet"
Sorry I have been gone for quite a while. Was having trouble just getting back here. Seems like there was a block for this webforum or something.
I solved the problem by simply tidally locking the two planets together. Thanks for the help, although nothing seemed to work.
Thanks again.

Mie Rayleigh Settings Graphic Card Specific?
I tried finding an answer to this, but failed. Are the Mie and Rayleigh settings specific for only a certain type of graphics card? Wondering because the settings do not do anything when I code them. The older settings: Atmosphere { Height 80 Lower [ 0.5 0.5 0.3 ] Upper [ 0.7 0.7 0.5 ] Sky [ 0.9 0.9...

Re: How to code a "true binary planet"
Fenerit, Thanks. I tried the SSC you uploaded, but it did not work. I haven't read up on the new UniformRotation, OrbitFrame, BodyFrame, FixedPosition things to know how to use them. Thus, I am stuck with using the older things that are being deprecated. I certainly hope they won't be programmed out...

How to code a "true binary planet"
Hello All, Unless my memory fails, this is my first post to these forums. I have been browsing the forums looking for help on how to code a binary planet. Yes, I know it is not actual coding, but that is how I look at it. I am not referring to the double planets or circumbinary planets I have seen p...
