Re: Lafuente_Astronomy's Addons

SVision also found and shared to me this catalog as well: https://arxiv.org/pdf/0707.0544.pdf Well, using that and WATCHDOG, I will just make a unified and singular catalog using both of the catalog's data. That way, there will be a singular file for them. It also has some non-black hole X-ray objec...

Re: Pictures from Celestia

Nice textures, MrSpace43! Since you edited those textures, can I have them please? You do realize that most of the people here don't really like you at this point? You have to gain their trust before they can give you what you want. That's how I did it, and how, I am helping Vision make black hole ...

Again you have to take it up with Alexell for the promotions. I know you had that complaint sometime ago. In fact, I can contact him if you want

I still wonder why you got the blue Developer tag when you're not involved in direct code development.

Re: Lafuente_Astronomy's Addons

Hello everyone! Sorry for more than a week of not having made any black holes. My classes went in the way, as well as playing World of Warships, but I do have some news for you. In my research for more black holes for me to make in Celestia, I came across this catalog: https://iopscience.iop.org/art...

Re: Spherical Mirror Projection?

GOOD NEWS! I have finally received the spherical mirror projection source code for Celestia ver. 1.4.1. It can be downloaded here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1vpefaI36Paa8APKboBZXEj6zFKJLOMqc It came with the following comment: There is a CGShader that does the majority of the work in convert...

Re: Dead Earth Venusformed earth map?

Well, it doesn't have the Earth's continents on it. Looking for something that does. I cannot guarantee that however. You are free to search the Motherlode for that, but so far, Frank's version is the only destroyed Earth model so far. If there is none, you may ask an addon contributor to make one ...

Re: Dead Earth Venusformed earth map?

Does anyone have any dead earth or Venus-formed Earth textures or maps? There is a dead solar system addon in the Motherlode. Just get the ssc files for Earth there, and you're set: http://celestiamotherlode.net/catalog/show_addon_details.php?addon_id=1683 And if you want to add the Venus parts, ju...

Re: Spacecraft speed

I was just curious if there was a way to display the speed of a spacecraft in celestia with reference to the dominant gravity body, e.g. Earth for the ISS, the sun for Voyager, etc. I can't see anything obvious - if there is a celx directive for this then that will be fine as I'm enjoying playing a...
