Re: A new map of Pluto
A pole-to-pole crease or line on the planet, because the map is different on each side. ...yes, also i think that the map is different on each side due to a different color tonality or saturation, ....or really this map is smaller that 360?° degrees:  :?: http://img393.imageshack.us/img393/5...

...YES, also the ENTROPY is the chief problem for the "intelligent life":
1.- you can't win
2.- you can't break even
3.- you can't even quit the game

Re: HD 28185 b with earth-like moon?
Assuming an Earth-like moon, with the same magnetic field and atmosphere, I can think of three things that can help protect the surface and thingies on it:....... But, potentially a close gas giant will bring: So if you put Jupiter in Earth's orbit (as HD 28185 case). I'd suspect that the radiation...

Re: HD 28185 b with earth-like moon?
I think that magnetic fields of metallic core couldn??t protect Eukaryote life forms with 700-1000 rads, but bacterial life ( Prokaryote forms) likely could be possible, a incredible case is the Deinococcus radiodurans bacterium, this resist 1.500.000 rads!!!!!

Re: AZTEC FLARE
The system of the tonalpohualli The system of the tonalpohualli can be best understood by imagining two wheels that are connected to each other. One wheel has the numbers "one" to "thirteen" written on it. The second wheel has twenty symbols on it. In the initial situation, number "one" combines wit...

To find out the Aztec equivalent of ...

I suggest a boring and new arbitrary definition  : ASTEROIDS/PLANETS (mercury,venus,earth,mars)/solid moons (hard elements) ---> Class A according to its size 1-9 (totally arbitrary). according to its chemical composition. according to its orbit E (Eccentric) or N, or moon type M Example: A.1....
